Two-Axle Lifting and
Turning Devices:


For the serial units of the two-axle lifting and turning devices, load capacity and torque are matched to each other in such a way that the centre of gravity of the maximum weight can be at a reasonable distance from the axis of rotation. As a rule, this is about 100mm. For special cases where the centre of gravity is clearly away from the axis of rotation and therefore a relatively large pivot torque is required, we are also happy to offer special solutions in which columns with lower lifting power are combined with stronger swivel drives. When handling large, bulky workpieces, which are difficult supervise when turning, an area scanner is recommended to prevent damage. This switches off the system as soon as there is a risk that the workpiece will be turned onto an obstacle. We also offer cable or radio remote control as an option, which allows the operator to operate the system from any position and does not have to constantly go to the control desk.
